Chamber Connections enhance membership development and retention by providing the opportunity to network with other professionals and showcase businesses.
What to Expect
EVENT TIMELINE
Chamber Connections are hosted Friday mornings at different Chamber member locations. Everyone gets a chance to introduce themselves and share a brief update on their business or community happenings. The host ends the Connection with an overview of their business followed by a drawing for door prizes. All are welcome!
7:15 AMÂ Chamber Staff and Volunteers arrive
7:30 AMÂ Guests begin arriving and networking
7:45 AMÂ Circle time and host presentation (8-10 minutes)
8:30 AMÂ Drawing for prizes (must be present to win!)
Chamber Connection may be reserved by emailing info@willmarareachamber.com. The investment is $125.
HOST RESPONSIBILITIES
Set Up and Clean Up - Please limit tables and chairs to allow space for movement and networking.
Food and Beverages - At a minimum, please provide coffee and water. If you decide to offer a light breakfast, please support a Chamber member caterer.
Prizes and Registration - Please provide a registration table near the entrance. Hosts are encouraged to give away door prizes such as promotional items or gift certificates.
Invites - Consider attending the Connection a week prior to invite everyone to your event.
